11 to nothing in the 9th Acuna scored on a sac fly. Wisler had been pitching alright in relief til the 9th inning when he was apparently left in too long and his wheels fell off.

Braves won 11 to 4. Folty gets to pitch tomorrow when the Braves' bats are all spent but hope I'm wrong.

Charlie hit an RBI double in the 2nd, 1 nothing Braves.

Freddie hit a 2 run homer in the 6th, 3 zip Folty is being replaced by Carle in the bottom half btw he pitched great.

Yeah too bad he was getting too heated to continue, he had 5 shutout innings with 9 k's.

Culberson, Flaherty and Swanson all got RBI's in the 6th still... 6 nothing Braves. Guess they did save some bats for today after all.

Maybe he should have only left Carle out just the one inning? Tried to make him pitch 2 and he gave up 2 runs. Biddle can go more and they put him in next... but they didn't let him finish the inning and went to Peter Moylan. Uh oh.

I hope either Winkler and Minter fare much better in the last 2 innings, or the Braves come up with some late insurance . 6 to 5 braves headed to the bottom of the 8th.

Winkler and Minter were no Moylan in the last 2 innings, 6 to 5 Braves sweep the cards. Hope they have a miracle in yankee stadium and Milwaukee and do the same... with a little less late drama.

Are the Braves really this good? I honestly didn't see this coming especially with Snitker, who I think has been great. I kept hearing AA will get his guy next year, maybe not.
