Man I hope the Braves handle deGrom this time. It would be cool to see them a half game up in the East instead of down. Good luck to Newcomb.

Freddie first one to get a hit off of him. Did fox sports have tech. difficulties until Markakis was at bat for you guys too? I didn't miss anything because they put up the radio play by play.

I had weird audio but no problems with video

On mine they put up a full screen super saying 'Braves technical difficulties' at first with audio from the radio team. Then it changed to a delayed video with live audio that I thought was still from the radio, then when they got to batter #4 it came back to live video with the regular tv announcers. It could just be a fox sports go thing, that's how I'm watching.

At least the other batters were no problem for Newcomb, so far, he made them strand Cespedes on 2nd.

Except for Freddie, that deGrom guy sat down every Brave batter, but they're still in it since Newcomb hasn't allowed any runs yet and sooner or later will put something together... I believe it!

Who do you think the Braves will use for the DH when they go visit Tampa after the series with the Giants? I'd guess Tucker but I could be wrong and they do whichever isn't playing 3rd between Flaherty and Camargo.

Newcomb struck out Cespedes, 6 shut out innings with 8 K's, damn good if they don't leave him in too long. I heard Camargo was coming up next and thought it might be for Nuke but nope he's replacing Swanson.
