Braves losing 1-0 in the 4th, only Freddie and Ronald have hits so far.

Freddie beat the shift like Chip would say and got an RBI, 1-1 in the 6th.

Damn the 7th started out nice for the Braves loading the bases with no outs. Then Duvall flied out to an infielder... Acuna missed 3 fastballs right down the middle... and Ozzie grounded out.

It's a miracle, a 2 part miracle! The Braves took the lead in the top of the 9th... but they had to have Tyler Flowers beat a throw to first to do it... yes Flowers outran the throw. Then the Braves had to have a NY replay call go their way... and it did! 2-1 Braves.

Venters saved it! 2-1 Braves win! Who got the W I don't know... but the Braves just need to win 11 more for the longtime coming division win. Ozzie was the defender of the day out there for sure.

Their first one in SF since 2011 when Venters got the last save for them also.

Quick hijack, but just saw that the Yankees hold only a 1 game lead over the A's for the AL wildcard spot. Will laugh my arse off at the Yankees if they don't make it. Come on A's!!

Did you forget that there was now a wild card play in game? These standings are irrelevant unless the home field thing means something to you.

Yo strokes I been thinking and hearing Acuna should be receiving some MVP votes as well and ROTY. How in the hell does Soto win rookie of the year over someone who is receiving MVP voting as well as ROTY?

No Braves bias here. I’m genuinely asking because that doesn’t make much sense. At all.

didn't forget but getting ahead of myself.

And yeah I think home field advantage is HUGE in the AL wildcard.

Who is saying that Soto should win ROY?

At one point back in July he was probably the leader because of Acuña's injury, but there's no way in hell any reasonable voter would pick him now unless there is a huge swing in performance for both.

The gnats put 2 on the board against G'man in the 2nd, then the Braves the same inning got 2 runners in scoring position with no outs and ... Flowers & Swanson got out but G'man himself got on base to bring up Acuna with the bases loaded. Then Ronald tied the game with a hit! 2-2.
