Given that it is a major rebuild I think people would have been able to take one of those losses a year. When you have multiple embarrassing losses each year that is a lot harder to ignore.
We hired the guy that Jerry Jones wanted and it worked out like everything else Jerry Jones has done when it comes to managing his football team for the 15 years. It was a disaster.

Every program has rich, vocal boosters who want a say in the program. Its the ADs job to keep them happy while actually making the right decisions. No AD in their right mind is going to take a stand against these types. Example - how long have we been playing in LR?
We aren't the only ones with "money men" and a good old boy network. Not even close, yet others run professional searches and at least look like they know what they're doing.
Can we please quit acting like these are uniquely Arkansas problems??
