Yeah, I mean, I would get behind Norvell for sure. I just have my doubts he is a Top 25 caliber recruiter. Being a good recruiter at Memphis isn't the same as competing with Saban for recruits. But I'd be happy to see him get a shot. He may prove to be a top 25 recruiter. And if that's the case, it would bode very well for the Hogs.
We have to have a great recruiter. And even more importantly, we need a head coach who can hire assistants who are ALSO great recruiters.
