I believe he's talking about the actual day to day aspect of running the business. Long does a fantastic job with that piece.

This... Proper training, etal. Bazz would bring a lot of baggage from those who have leached in the past as well, or so I choose to believe.

I'm not saying that it would not work. I just do not see the point in hiring based upon that criteria only.
