Let's talk about rain, and construction improvements and flooding. Hot chicks are acceptable too.

The water lines make since. That's probably it.

After reading this thread, we didn't get any roof leak calls yesterday (knock on wood), the rain wasn't consistent enough. There had to be a contributing factor.

Was it not restricted? Usually when rich folks fork over that kind of dough they have a contract where it goes and how it gets spent. If this was the case how could Long divert the $$$$? More important, how could he divert it and it not be front page blog news on surrounding rival schools sites?
