Real estate question for my Little Rock baws

10 years from now could be its own little hillcrest.

I used to live on Louisiana, south of the mansion. I loved it, and that was before it was an "up and coming" area. If I still had that house now, it would probably be worth 3-4 times what I paid for it.

Flipped a couple houses down there, nice little area, but a stones throw from some real hardcore mf'ers, not kidding either. It's the Bloods territory, so make nice and pay for the protection.

The only problems that I hear about from the people I know that live over there is the occasional car break in, but that's part and Parcel living in the city
