Can't disagree. How many times did the RBs average >5/yds per carry and yet only see boyd with 8-10 carries?

If this is true I would bet Chad never even once thought about calling the plays.

He may have had the playsheet, but Craddock was totally running the offense.

I also read yesterday that Craddock was the reason Hicks came. Chad didn't want him, but Craddock persisted and he eventually caved.

From what It seems, Chad just had no balls at all to do what had to be done... At least with self evaluation and his staff. He must've been great at running off players though.
