I guess we should celebrate our high powered offense and shite defense. We are right there with everyone else in implementing Big 12 football in the SEC. I guess it will be okay until someone gets smart and implements old school SEC football and defense, and starts dominating college football the way the SEC used to.

Well, Georgia is still playing defense. That will stop once they realize that defense doesn’t really matter if your offense can go for 50 plus.

Ole Miss gave up 34 to Auburn and won.

Arkansas gave up 35 to BYU and won.

LSU gave up 35 to Florida and won.

Tennessee gave up 49 to Alabama and won.

I’m just saying, it’s classic Big 12 or PAC 12 football and apparently the majority of fans think it’s a good thing. I can’t imagine how adopting attributes of largely irrelevant conferences is a good thing. I think it also speaks to my earlier points about this style of offense killing your own defense.
