Linebackers make more than Running Backs

Why aren’t we converting some of them to play the other side, with basic numbers of your paychecks will be more?
I know I’ve made this thread multiple times.
But we need a GM and a GM would sit these kids down and say you can play X but you will make more doing Y and have a longer career.

We did it with McAdoo.. and he was exceptional at secondary.

Too much effort for the kids. They will just take their ball and transfer.
