We'll know by the end of year one if he can recruit or not, and thus far not going well. Considering that's basically his entire platform I'm getting uneasy.

I don't really pay attention to his pressers. I'm not a huge fan of coaching by catch phrases, but he's very much a welcome change from Bert's boastfulness, empty talk and unending promises that we're almost there.

I was way more concerned at this point in Bert's honeymoon period with the Twitter wars with Wisconsin fans, brashness about other coaches (including Saban and Gus), and general lack of awareness of our program history and traditions and not really caring to know either. I haven't had any watchout moments with CCM yet.

I like Morris's passion and energy, and he seems to be either universally liked or respected in the coaching ranks. I'm interested to see his offensive philosophy in action and how he can utilize the talent on the roster right now.

Recruiting is really my only concern with Morris. We'll see how it plays out down the line, but I'm not taking to my fainting couch about it.

Great topic. Not petty/meaningless at all.

Thanks buddy, maybe for my next post I'll start a fight with the whole board for not having the same opinions as me. Might even drag it to tSEC Rant for maximum drama potential.

Didn't happen, fantasy land. Don't go die in a fire, though.

Do what? The opposite of wishing death on someone else?

I remember a certain poster menstruating all over this board, SEC Rant, and help board. Tragically he/she didn't die in a fire.

Was that person complaining about the way someone else speaks?

Characterize however you see fit, but at least be man enough to acknowledge what my argument was instead of putting words into my mouth. If you're capable.

It's mid-April so I'm not too concerned right now.

Prospects are able to now take official visits between April and June with the recent rule change, so if our commit list doesn't look better by summer, I'll start to get worried.

Yep. Plus we landed him right before the first early signing period the NCAA has done and, to be honest, he didn't have a ton of scholarships to hand out in the first place given that we had quite a few promised to walk on players and what not.

Given where we were when he took over I'm prepared to give him a pass on the first season. We will see what he can do and adjust our expectations going into the second season. If he's a complete disaster, well, there are other fish in the sea.

I just menstruated over how damn good my leftovers were for lunch

sauteed onions, garlic, green peppers, green onions, in butter and olive oil, sauteed in "riced" cauliflower, and a chopped up tomato (I'm going to start tossing extra tomato in), more olive oil, Tony Chachere's and chopped up Hillshire Farm sausage

Hot sauce thrown on before microwaving for lunch

healthy!

can you be more specific?

I've always felt it pretty easy to tell the difference between decent ingredients in a sausage versus gross as hell mystery meat

maybe I was fooling myself
