NO doubt in my mind they brought in an outsider who made it clear he would have no problem getting rid of mediocrity.

Right. People take it so personal about Mike. No one hates Mike. He just isn't getting done what he promised.
It isn't personal at all, its just time to try something else. His schtick didn't work.

Nothing about his history here tells me that his averages are going to get better.
