Yeeahhhhh, the fiancee is already on month 2 and she's warning me about it. I'm dying on WEEK 2, so I can't imagine how much harder an extra 20 minutes is going to be. Kill me now.

When in October? Does it interfere with any football games?

Me too. I'd been looking at one that I could train for, this might be the best fit.

That means I'd have to leave right after the aTm game. I probably can't do it that weekend. I have guests at that tailgate. Have to be a good host.

What about Oklahoma, Missouri or Kansas?

Tonight I played tennis against the wall for a little over an hour. I'd also hit it over the fence every now and then to spice things up.

When I was little, my mom took me to my first tennis lesson without explaining the rules of the game. Being a huge baseball fan at the time, I took the instructor deep on the first volley. I was very pleased with myself. He was not.

I'm just getting into tennis, and I'm surprised with the cardio workout it offers. It also hits a lot of muscles that are neglected while cycling. I just wish the missus was better/could approach my intensity when we play.

Down to 209.4 lbs this morning. Started at 221 back in mid-march, started running, got down to about 215 by May but didn't change my diet much at all. First week of May got sick and missed work for a few days, then just layed around for a few more days, so I ended up back at 220.

So since I started insanity on 5/6/13, I've lost over 10 lbs. Busting my arse and eating much better. Great progress so far which is about the only thing that makes this worthwhile considering how much the workouts suck.

I'd love to get down to 190 or less by the wedding.

You can do it. Great job so far!

I just completed a crossfit class for a friends grand opening in Austin. Awesome cardio and arms. Light legs.

Thanks, brotha. Was down to 207 even this morning. These first couple of weeks the weight has just been falling off. I know it'll slow down pretty soon, but it's a great motivator.
