Thank you. I suspect it will slow down even further. The first 20 were the easiest, it just melted off.

How does the squat challenge work? Day 1 - 50; Day 2 -60, etc.....????

here is one link of the schedule. I'm doing it with a group. So far it's been easy b/c I'm only on day 7, but once It gets up into the 100's + on top of normal work outs, IDK how I'm going to handle. it.

the hard part is keeping at it even after set backs and we all have those. You've done an awesome job.

Thank you so much, you're the best. I weighed in this morning, my weight loss has slowed down. Only lost 6 lbs this past month. Bright side,I did lose another inch around my stomach.

Feb 4, 2013. 266 lbs
May 9, 2013. 232.4 lbs.

33.6 lbs overall. Feel much better. I'm 6'2", the chart says I should be 177 - 195 lbs or thereabouts.

I don't think that's right, I'm gaining a little size in my shoulders and arms. I've thought about buying the caliper and start testing body fat at home. Body Fat % and waist to hip ratio are probably better indicators of health. (and a mirror, I guess).

Does anyone measure their body fat at home? I'm not sure the automatic ones on scales or the charts are accurate.

Don't worry about those charts. They don't take into account different frames. I'm tall for a girl and I should weigh more according to the charts, but I have a very very small frame. If I weighed what the charts say (and i have before) I look big. No bueno.

Go with how you look/feel is what I say. Screw the rest.

i don't measure. IDK why...I want to. I've just never gotten around to it. I would think the calipers if done properly would be the most accurate, though.

My son had a baseball tournament his past weekend. He didn't play much b/c of an injured hand, I gained 5 lbs.....

Took him to an orthopedic surgeon last night, his hand has a minor fracture. Out for 3-6 weeks, he may lose the remainder of the season. He's devastated. Breaks my heart.

Figure I'll start chiming in here for some accountability. Getting married Nov 9th, so trying to lose some weight.

Started running about 2 months ago, maybe twice a week. Then last Monday I started Insanity. So far on Insanity I think I've lost about 7 or 8 pounds (changed my diet, too).

This shite is tough, though. Verrrrry hard for my out of shape arse (and I was running 5-6 miles a week).
