I worked out again last night after taking last week off due to a combination of injury and laziness.

IDK if I will be working out today. (work out at a park by my office) Its raining at the moment and I have work dinner/drinks later. I doubt I will want to do much inside after who knows how many vodka/soda's

Wife put us back on the low carb diet this week. We went on it late last summer and I lost about 40 lbs, then the Holidays happened. That first week always sucks.

got 30 minutes into the work out and the rain came. The good news is we worked my arms and abs pretty hard core in that amount of time. Lots of push ups. ugh

Got a good leg workout in today, haven't worked my legs out in a while so I will feel it tomorrow. I did P90X yoga on Monday for the first time in about 2 years and my hips are still sore

Finished my workout from this morning. (30 minutes left)
Three sets of 3 count mountain climbers, 25 each. Hand to toe, push ups the same amount. Three sets of 150 bicycles and running in place.
