I'm thinking about getting a "rower" any of you tried one and do they work well?

get a kayak instead, you'll have way more fun and be more active and stick with it longer by getting out on the rivers and lakes instead of repetitively rowing in your media room while watching soaps.
A decent kayak and gear won't be much more than a good rowing machine.

i recorded my trainer doing it. if i can figure out a way to get it on here i will show you.

my trainer can do it hardcore for a long time. This was my first time ever. hahaahha. I did it 3 times for 30 seconds each. that's it!
He had me go down into two sets of 30 push ups right after that. i only do level 1, but still. I'm not exactly super muscle woman. I am HURTING. lol

From 267bs to 254.8lbs in one week. Just have to keep the momentum going.

ugh. i was in lubbock yesterday for work. ate shitty and of course drank beer. hopefully today's work out goes better than monday's. for the first time ever i got sick. At the end of the work out, I was finishing off doing mountain climbers and off I went.

I hurt my wrist (sitting down on the couch... how pathetic) so I had to skip my chest/tris workout.

Down to 253.6 lbs. Hit a plateau the past 2-3 days.

I stalled out too.. I haven't worked out at all this week, aside from a few sets up pushups/pullups. Haven't done a single one of my routine workouts. Of course, my wrist was on the lam, so that sort of mitigates the laziness.

both of my workouts this week were not the best. I'm hoping today goes better, but considering I had a bottle of wine last night and ate fricking Italian , safe money goes to it kicking my arse
