I've done all my workouts the last two weeks. I gained ~1.5 lbs in January. Right on track.

Just did good ole cardio power and resistance. Fuuuuck, I'm not a fan of late night workouts. But I'm definitely glad I did it.

Still only down 3 lbs, but my clothes are starting to feel a hell of a lot more comfortable.

Good Job to all

Yesterday we focused on abs and upper body. Thank Gawd bc I had a hangover and all of the fast paced stuff would have killed me.

Idk what they are called but one of the best core workouts we have done so far is when I'm laying ok the mat, arms above my head extended, I pull up my legs straight and as far back as I can and he is behind me and pushes my legs hard back down and I have to stop 6 inches from the ground. My entire core is feeling it today.

I have ballooned up to 267lbs this weekend. Started strict Atkins today, 30grams of carbs a day. Working out but easing into it. Gonna run a mile in the morning.

This is what I should have done. Instead, I was too excited to sleep, so I stayed up late, and didn't get my arse out of bed to work out this morning. Oh well, eating back on track after big Super Bowl party...

the case of shiner blonde i consumed on sunday probably threw me off a bit. thus the reason the trainer worked my arse over.

75min bike ride had me on the verge of passing out. I got a long way to go in the next few months.

Down to 259lbs this morning. Low carb really works, I just need to consistently stick with it.

I'm sore from working out. Joined a local small gym (my sister borrowed my Insanity DVDs) but really enjoying it.

good job SLC. The hardest part is the first month. Once you get past that hump, it's a new ball game.

my trainer changed things up on me yesterday. I did 75 squats. SEVENTY FIVE. I have never done more than 30 in a row. 35,25,15 mountain climbers in a row, same for baby burpees and a bunch of other stuff of course.

my legs are sore today.

I weighed this morning and was surprised to see I was over 157 lbs (it was 157.4 or something). I'm not sure if that's random fluctuation from my shitty scale, or what, but that's up approximately 2 lbs from last week. I'm guessing it's random variation, and that I've likely been around 156 for the past week.

Anyway, nice to see that my weight is moving in the right direction. I'm kind of thinking that I'm gaining weight a little too fast, though. I might take the eating down a notch to make sure I don't get too soft.

I'm definitely getting stronger, though, and my conditioning is improving. At the end of my back/bis workout, I do a set of 15 wide stance pushups, immediately followed (no break) with 15 situps, and then go back to 15 pushups. I do three sets of each that way without taking a break. I was only doing sets of 10 a couple weeks ago. These increases are on top of increased weights/reps/sets on all my other exercises for the back/bis same workout. This kind of improvement is typical across the board for my entire weekly routine.

That's the farthest I've ridden at that pace. I need to keep working on distance - MS150 in April.
