There should be full casinos at Oaklawn and southland but the counties listed are a mess. Boone should get one and maybe miller, don’t like anybody else. I would put a casino atttached to the Arlington hotel in hot springs so they could renovate the place.

Perhaps dog patch (then youd possibly run into the school area issue again)?! I think I saw it switched owners again, however.

The Arkansas Secretary of State's Office said Thursday that backers of the campaign have turned in enough signatures to qualify for the ballot. The proposal needed at least 67,887 signatures from registered voters to qualify, and the state says the group submitted more than 84,000 valid signatures.

If approved the initiative would gradually raise Arkansas' minimum wage from $8.50 per hour to $9.25 per hour in 2019, $10.00 per hour in 2020, and and ultimately $11.00 per hour in 2021.
