I would normally agree but he had some specifics. They've actually deleted the thread over there on it.

it's what someone messaged me on Twitter and said. then I see other people elsewhere saying it and the fact that dick davenport came out and said cuffee will for sure not be a hog and otis said he won't even write a story on cuffee lends me to believe that the story was true

I've had a weird feeling about him for a while. I never felt like we had a shot with him for some reason and now I know why.

It was up on TexAgs that Bert sent the little shite home early and yanked his offer. I hope Sumlin does the same.

Nah...
The story seems to be he stayed, but was outed by other recruits on the visit to the coaches. Coaches sat him down, explained he no longer had an offer and to keep his mouth shut.
Story seems to be that he was trying to get Whaley to Texas. Thing is, Whaley is about as solid a recruit that we have. So it's a stupid move all around.
Cuffee no longer has an offer and supposedly Jones is a silent to Texas(take for what it's worth).

Strong did this same thing with Malik last year.
Nothing surprises me with recruiting but I hope Sumlin yanks his offer and cancels his visit invite.

I feel like cuffee also came to make sure jones doesn't forget about his sweet Texas and to try n get whaley. no info really just a hunch.

I swung by the A&M 247 site earlier and they were talking about it. I was surprised to see the vast majority of posters in the thread shared this same sentiment.

possibly swaying a long shot isn't worth him ruining other recruits weekends that you have a much better chance with is my thought.
