Bert never really had home run hitter RBs at Wisconsin. Montee Ball and James White werent burners and Melvin Gordon didn't get his chance till Bert was gone.

Big 10 didn't have defenses like we face in the SEC either.

That's more what I'm basing my opinion on than what Bert had at Wisconsin. It's the difference between almost breaking one off and popping what would be a 7 yard gain for Collins or Jwill into a 25 yard gain.

I get scared thinking about both JWill and Alex leaving after next year and Thomas needing to land at least 2 2016 studs if not 3.

Meh

We havent failed to sign a stud running back yet. Until one doesn't pan out, no need to worry about it

I have a feeling we are going to get at least 1 solid transfer, lot of smoke about a Michigan lineman that left their program last year for personal reasons after 1 game and he was able to use a redshirt, Kyle Bosch.

6'5 305 guard, 95 overall 4 star composite in 2013 class, #4 OG in the class on 247, #87 overall player.

All rumors at this point.

I don't see Collins leaving until his senior season. Running backs don't go early to the NFL anymore, because they aren't getting drafted very high.
He also lacks the top end speed that NFL teams desire.

Good to hear. Now let's get him in a real weight training program ASAP.

Not lacking the effort... BA going to Weinke during the summer then placing Froholdt there for his last year and now taking this walk-on.

frick yea! I was hoping Hjalte would have had more of an influence w/ any of the 5 OL they'll have go FBS or their QB or the LB that is wavering from Wisconsin, but the more IMG kids we can pull in the better.

That whole IMG sphere is a force. I'd love to work for their sports IP division.

Kevaughn Allen officially visiting Tennessee this weekend and a crystal ball pick for him to flip to the Vols. I wish he would just decommit from Billy D and Pel so Mike would then recruit him.

If he signs with Donnie Tyndall then he must be getting $$ benefits.

Keep it on actual recruiting please. If you have a problem with a post then hit the RA button.

Thanks!
