Rhaheed told a Florida paper he is visiting Arkansas this month, so this is not a RD moment.

Craig Evans
Kevin Shorter
Deandre Goolsby
Deandre Murray
Jarvis Cooper
all should/could be committed by the end of the month. Palelei should commit next month.

This was the consensus with about every recruiting guy around. We're on alot of guys who want to drag it out this year, for whatever reason.

North Little Rock CB Kavin Alexander measured 5-8.5, 185 pounds. He was timed at 4.49 40, 4.04 shuttle, 40 power ball and a 36.2 vertical for a 123.28 rating. The top ten who participated in the finals had ratings of 127.00 and up.

What recruiting guy made that prediction? Most of them haven't said anything about Evans other than we should get a visit. They have said we will get Shorter but the process will play out first. Goolsby is predicted to come here but not in that time frame. I will give you Murray but skipping camp hurt his chances and Cooper doesn't have a position and most of the "recruiting guys" have been saying that all along.

Pretty sure we all say this every year.

Man, not really. I used to really be into recruiting a few years ago checking all the sites daily etc., but I've got so annoyed by it lately with all the twitter etc. being so involved now. Everyone is an expert exept no one knows anything really at all.

The whole DGB debacle really turned me off as well. I have zero respect for anything RD says, he's usually days behind whats posted here etc.

I don't get too involved until there is a high profile recruit that we have a legitimate shot at, like DGB and Collins/Kirkland. Then I get all giddy like a weirdo.

Geismar (La.) Dutchtown athlete Torrance Mosley hadn’t been hearing much from Arkansas until last week, but a conversation with Razorbacks assistant coach Michael Smith has made an impact in his recruitment.

Mosley (5-11, 165, 4.42-second 40-yard dash) said he received a scholarship offer from Smith on Wednesday. He’s now planning to visit Arkansas in the near future and said the Razorbacks sit very high on his list.

“I know my top three right now – Arizona State, Arkansas and Louisiana Tech,” Mosley said Monday evening. “That’s my three favorites right now. It’s not a particular order, because I’m going to visit all three soon.”

RB Shai McKenzie of Washington, PA. said he will visit Arkansas July 20. He's considered one of the premier prospects in the nation. He named the Hogs in his top five several weeks. He said the fans on social media are very passionate and he's heard good things about the Hogs from Hog DL commitment Bijhon Jackson.
He said he talked to RB coach Joel Thomas today.

As soon as someone other than RD says he is visiting I will get excited. I just can't get worked up over the visits he claims are happening. He has already predicted about 20 visits for this summer that didn't happen.

Does anyone know who the Florida WR and his two teammates are that set a visit to Arkansas? Danny West tweeted about it a day or two ago.

I just let it go by when I see "plans to visit this summer" or something like that, but when he gives a date it usually happens.

Plus the July 20th weekend they're suppose to be bringing in a bunch of visitors.

Maybe the Madre London bunch?

Corey Holmes, Madre London and Al Harris wouldn't be a bad haul.

I can't think its them though because the tweet talked about a receiver visiting and his two teammates. London is well-known on the pay per click boards so you would think that he would include him in the tweet if it was the Aquinas guys.

Yeah I would agree. Take these two updates from the exact same article. These two visits will never happen but some will run with these updates and be upset when they don't happen.

DE Chad Thomas, 6-5, 240 of Miami Washington was one of the best if not the best during this morning's 1-on-1 session despite being outweighed up to a 100 pounds. He was consistently to push the O-lineman back while also using his excellent quickness. He impressed a lot of people. He said LB coach Randy Shannon just got on him this year. He said when they talk it's about five percent football. He really likes that. He said there's a good chance he makes an official visit to Arkansas.

OL Trevor Darling, 6-5, 320 of Miami Central said he may make an official visit to Arkansas with his teammate and friend LB Mike Smith. He said Smith really likes Arkansas.

Looked around, Shawn Boone, who is visiting July 20th, has a 4-star WR teammate(Johnnie Dixon).

Bet it's them.
