I think there's 2 other S. Florida RB's that we'll go after over Wilkins. I don't remember their names sry, just read a tiny mention about guys Shannon might go visit.

Of course that article is written by a Tide Rivals guy so who knows. Here is what DW has to say.

quote:

We'll hear from him later. Told him last week we'd give him the chance to digest everything and then get together for an interview. A lot of times you get a lot more out of them that way. What we know right now is that Altee enjoyed himself, his parents loved it (which is no surprise), he had a great time with Tevin Mitchel and he's got a lot to consider over the next few weeks. It looks like he may not have a final answer until NSD. A lot of people think he's a lock to Alabama and he very well may end up there, but he's not a lock for anyone as of today, IMO. Some think he's just entertaining the home state school but I think it's more than that. And for the guy who said I'm trying to be a salesman by saying that, that's not the case. If I was wanting to sell that I'd say it on Twitter and not on a premium site where people are already paying. Hawgustus Ceaser is who said it, I think.

Someone on here said we weren't recruiting Brisly Estime anymore...

quote:

Receiver Cory Cooper of Raleigh, N.C. talked to Arkansas tonight and is all set to go for his Jan. 25 visit. He was told to call new receivers coach Michael Smith in the morning.

Athlete Brisly Estime of Delray Beach, Fla. tweeted he'll be visiting Arkansas Feb. 1.

Lorenzo Woodley and Daryl.Chestnut. We are also bringing in Denzell Evans next weekend when Collins visits.

You know what may be Coach B's best quality?

We've had issues keeping Florida kids from getting homesick or from acting like Florida kids when they get here. Nutt wasn't a hospitable guy and was quick to cold shoulder players. BP was just a miserable prick.

Bielema's personality should foster a really tight knit club and with there being 15-20 Florida guys from their area in Fayetteville instead of 2 or 3 those badass Florida kids hopefully will be more comfortable and establish a deep connection here and do really well.

Kids do better when in a stable environment with routines and structure. Having a core of guys from back home to relate to and travel with and create bonds will be bigtime for the program. The visibility down there could help the academic side out too. We should send recruiters down there to hype up our cheap cost of attendance and different pace of life, yet still being connected to a handful of the largest corporations in the world, the job market is terrible in Miami.

Dwayne Johnson committed to Nebraska tonight and Derrick Calloway flipped to South Florida. Scratch two of our expected visitors off this upcoming weekends list now.

Is Skai Moore visiting us for sure or just hopefuly still?

My USCe buddy said he loved his visit this weekend and SC sources think he may commit in a few days, if not they feel very very good about him.

He'll commit next weekend on his visit. The only reason he didn't visit with this group was because he wants to bring one of his coaches that is friends with Partridge I believe and the coach couldn't come this weekend.

Arkansas will see running back Alex Collins on Wednesday. Not sure if it's school or home visit.

Receiver Devon Allen and his father, Louis will not visit Arkansas this weekend but Feb. 1. They hoped to make on the 25th.

I think that was based off his tweets after McDonald left.

He has a date set for the 1st but he could just as easily cancel it. We had a bad run today with Callow and Johnson committing elsewhere before visiting.

SC is definitely going to be the team to beat. I just don't see him not visiting with the relationship he has with Partridge and Shannon.

Information on Fort Lauderale (Fla.) University School linebacker Skai Moore has been a bit tougher to come by. I did speak with a source who said he was very quiet around the staff and the players while on campus, but that may just be his personality. Another source believes it will come down to South Carolina and Vanderbilt for his services

I think we'll be a player if he actually visits. I can just see this being Vandenburg 2.0 all over again though.

We're gonna clean up next weekend. 3-5 commits likely.

Saw this on BBall recruiting.

Lee (6-4/195) is one of the main reasons for New Mexico JC’s success. The sophomore guard is averaging 22.7 points per game, which is good for fifth in the country in scoring. Lee is shooting 46% from the field and averaging 5.1 rebounds and 2.1 assists per game.

Offers: Miami (FL), Auburn, Arkansas, Creighton, Univ. of Central Florida and UNLV.

Great size, and could definitely use the scoring immediately.

Monday has arrived again, I foresee a commitment today.

Jordan Wilkins to Vandy.

Most of the visitors this past weekend were commits making their officials. Locking up Drew Morgan is big imo. Aubie was coming after him hard. FU Horton.

Koehler and Morgan look to be working on Skipper and the vibe is he was leaning Arkansas' way. Will be a hard get as he got an OU offer last week and Ohio St. and Ole Miss are putting a hard sell on him as well.

I think we can get Skipper in the end. Coach B and Pittman's track record for linemen is much better than Urban Meyer and Freeze and Stoops as well.
