Brandon Vandenburg ?@Vandenburg85
Nebraska coach calls me today and says "we were so busy and we didn't realize that we forgot to tell you we aren't taking a JC TE this year"

Brandon Vandenburg ?@Vandenburg85
This was less than 3 days before my visit. I find that unorganized and uncalled for, and honestly not the way to recruit or run a program

Looks like the recruiting trail is getting busy.

Would be a huge get at this point. Where does his Grandpa live?

I might have to make one of those Catfish Hole trips to show some support for Vandenburg. Pelini and Co. did him kinda dirty. There's a couple other Nebraska commits and targets we're getting in on with a flurry. Hopefully we can impress him and the news might spread to the others.

On the tombstone it reads "For a few seconds, he thought Kylie was a funny name."

4-star OT Brayden Kearsley is trying to get in this weekend for an official, if not he'll visit during the 18th weekend.

Ahh taking BYU or Arizona St.'s spot. We're working over ASU's targets.

The SEC has a big national draw, I like that we're the most westward location, use that to our advantage. I wonder if the previous staff was in on any of these new names at all. It doesn't seem to be that way, even though they were all Big Sky guys.

Wish we could grab another DL somewhere, but that would be a fantastic class given the circumstances.

You can't seriously think we land all 3 of them do you?

I honestly don't think we land a single one, with Tenpenny having my best odds at 5/1.

I feel pretty good about Collins and Wilkins. I think 40% on Collins, 50% on Wilkins, 10% on Tenpenny.

But I think we have plenty of good backup plan types that we can pull at the last minute if they all fall through.
