We really need Bruno and Ferg. If we can't get Ferg we need someone that can at least contribute. We have to get someone to keep Norris, Coleman and JT on the bench as much as possible. Hopefully AJJ can really ball.

No chance with Ferguson. Hopefully we can add a freshman like Fernando or Kalif Young to develop a big, but then bring in a graduate big and graduate guard.

I believe the Ferguson recruitment has gotten shady.

He decommitted for a reason. He and the people around him don't want him at Bama.

A starting lineup of Ingram, King, Norris, Hale, and Hall doesn't sound that bad. We'd have Coleman, Taylor, AJ Jr., Key, Kessens, and Davis off the bench.

I don't want Kessens anywhere near the program next year.

I'm glad to see CAJ was as dissapointed with the effort and intensity tonight as we were. And I'm glad to see him acknowledging it (and the last 2 weeks).

Time to go to work.

I'm about done with Shannon Hale. He needs to either figure it out or just be done with it.

Don't think he will come here, but weren't y'all so sure it wasn't a big deal that had not signed and was 100% committed to Bama? No one knows what's going through his head so the definites are ridiculous.

Well, next year I doubt we get any worse. We return a lot of our team and they'll be more experienced. Coach Avery will be more experienced. And we also add two really good recruits and we're still recruiting. We almost made the tourney this year, so if we slightly improve next year, we should at least make the tourney. That's what I'm hoping for next year. Not gonna give up on Avery now like some of our "fans" have. This ain't Grant coaching them. I know it's hard to be let down with basketball like this every year, but this wasn't a let down year, imo. This was a very successful season in many ways with a team that had limited talent. Proud of the team and Coach Avery. Most fun I've had watching a team in my life. RTR! #BuckleUp

I think most people were a bit concerned though the "true insiders" thought he was for sure locked up and said nothing was to worry about. I felt good when our whole staff watched him at a tournament a couple months ago. Recruiting analysts obviously though he wouldn't end up with us though.

ETA: he also didn't mention us as a school he was considering in a recent article I read so I think it's pretty safe to speak in absolutes here.

The seasons over now. No point in continuing to think about it. I'm on to next year.

Ok well if we have one or two players transfer (like Kessens or Hale), what's it gonna hurt. I'm sure we'll add another player or two if Avery knows they are transferring.

And no one can be worse than Kessens has been on average this year. So if we get news he's transferred, oh well. He's a good guy, but he has too much Grant in him

Hale and Kessens should transfer. It wouldn't kill me if Taylor left.

I agree. Kessens has done nothing but hurt us. Hale and Taylor at least have a good game every now and then.
