I made a 2017 recruiting and offseason thread last year that was pretty fun to use. We should do that again

Start that shite up now then, because last time you did it, we reeled in a top 5 class.

Everyone, give me room to Melt dammit. Last year I went to the OT lounge and jumped into a Taylor Swift thread and said she was born a boy and is transitioning into a man. Just please excuse me being pissed

Cobra is taking on the Busey role this evening.

Avery kind of has his hands tied behind his back. Key plays like shite and you sub him for another shite player. Ingram won't shite or stops in transition when we have numbers sub him for a shite player. I'm kind of happy with the season even tho tonight sucks. Decent job with the team considering they year before we didn't get Eubanks, last year didn't get Ferguson, and King not playing.

I'll start one up sometime this week when I'm not doing anything at the end of spring break. Give me four posts. First post- Next season roster overview and recent news
Second post- Recruiting
Third Post- Transfer tracker
Fourth post- Future recruiting

Most of my real friends are solely football guys. They'll come to other sporting events, but they don't follow it like football. Even though I prefer football, I like getting some quality basketball talk.

ETA: If someone else wants to start a thread, I don't care go ahead, but I'll do it if no one else does.

Ok, I don't know who's to blame and I don't care. We mailed it in tonight and we got out coached too. The only thing this team has had going for it all year was heart. They didn't even bring that tonight. Close the book on this shite show and let's get ready for next year. Sexton is going to have to come in and kick some arse in our own locker room so that this shite doesn't happen again.

We really need a grad transfer point guard. I want someone that knows how to distribute the ball.

We just need 2 guys who can shoot and make wide open shots. Hopefully that's Sexton and Petty

Hard to play when constipated.

I think Ingram might come into his own next year when he's got a better ball handler beside him. Also, he needs to stop passing up so many shots, but I think Avery told him that our best chance to win was playing slow. I don't think Avery wants him to pass up some of the fast breaks he does though because you're definitely right about that.

Me too. I think Ingram has the most to gain from an expanded offense and from moving him away from ever having to run the point.

If we can convince him that he is a skilled attacker and adequate shooter he can really take off. He's big, he's tough and he has nice post skills for a big guard.

Not gonna lie, it scares me a little putting this much pressure on Sexton to basically change the culture of the program (and be awesome on the floor).

No wonder he's so hesitant shooting the ball.
