I feel like Davis is definitely a candidate to leave.

Hopefully Austin transfers. Nothing against him, but he doesn't bring anything substantial to the team. It would be nice for him to go somewhere and get some playing time.

I also think Avery will use AJJ's scholly for some help if he needs to. He's a smart guy and knows next year is really the start of what he took the job for. I can't imagine him not trying to strengthen the team just to keep his son on scholarship.

I'd imagine CAJ can't use his son's scholarship for someone else now that he accepted it one year but I don't know. That would be pretty shady.

Yea I'd imagine Austin leaves for more PT. Davis will stay I bet. Probably doesn't want to move again.

I can't see Davis leaving because I doubt he'd want to sit out a year before playing his final year. Besides Austin, the only thing I could see leaving would be King if he graduates and can play immediately elsewhere.

I wonder if we can find another pg...I think he will stick with his son but he can't handle other PGs on offense or defense.

South Carolina with a 7 seed is kind of surprising.

I think CAJ wants his son to play and won't go and get any guard help...just remember him talking about how little experience they had.

People act like Avery Jr is terrible but I don't think he was that bad. This was basically his first year of playing college basketball and he had some really good games. He'll get better. You have to remember, he's with the head coach more than anyone else, he has more opportunities to get better

It was evident he wasn't happy with his PT the start of this year to the point he went to twitter. I see his PT going down pretty significantly unless he fixes his shot selection and/or gets a lot more consistent.

A pg that can't break down the defense is a problem IMO. Just think we need another ball handler besides sexton. Avery Jr and Ingram not the answer.

Ingram and Avery Jr were both basically playing their first collegiate seasons. They didn't do too bad. I think we just need some players who can hit open shots. Can't tell you how many open shots we missed. That should be solved with this recruiting class.

I can see Avery being a nice pg one day but I just don't see of with Ingram. He is good at going to the basket but doesn't attack enough IMO.

Tide or Die you've been saying this since we scrimmaged Faulkner. I think you know Justin Coleman because you've brought up how we miss him multiple times even though he was worse than AJ Jr and miles worse than Ingram. Ingram is coming off of a great game against UK, so it's a stupid time to be bringing this shite up again.

Last year Coleman and the whole team collapsed to end the season. This year we collapsed late in the regular season but we turned things around big time in the SEC tourney, Dazon played a huge part in that.

I didn't even say anything about Coleman. We need ball handlers period. That's what I believe. How many times have we come across the half court line a picked the ball up and just thrown it away. Set picks and are not able to turn the corner and I don't know Coleman just think he would've helped against quicker guards just my opinion.

NIT Selection Show comes on at 7:30 CT on ESPNU

I'm kind of excited about the NIT this year. There's a ton of good teams in it and we're gonna be a higher seed this year. If our guys come into it and care, they could win it. Would give us some momentum going into next year.
