Jimmie has really improved on offense this year.
He has, but his defense is still a serious liability.

Huh? He's a very solid defender especially in post D. Not sure what this is in reference to. The biggest knock on Jimmie is his FTs and rebounding.

The freshman at Auburn made him look like he was in middle school. He just doesn't seem to do well against a physical opponent and is still foul prone. IMO, Hall is much better on the defensive end.

I asked about the medical redshirt earlier this year in here, and it sounds like he played too far into the season to get one
I haven't checked the rules but I thought it was 30%, which would be 10 games. He only played in six so maybe there's hope.

Jimmie has awful hands and hasn't developed his post game. He has ONE move and that is a little hook. If he puts the ball on the floor, there's a good chance he will turn it over or take a bad shot. He is completely reliant on others to serve him, and cannot create for himself.
He played within himself against Georgia and it really helped open up our offense. He made a couple of great passes, too.

Yea, I just want us to finish strong and get some more games in the NIT. Hopefully it will spur fan support like Grant's near NCAA NIT team did and Jumpstart excitement for next year.

That freshman at Auburn was one guy, and a beast at that (5-Star, 6-11, 255 lbs). If you'd notice he abused Hall even worse when he was on him. When it comes to post D, Taylor is very solid, hence why you see him in more when the opposing team has a dominant big inside. Hall is one hell of a player, especially defensively, but a tall and strong player with a good post-up game will bully him every time.

Free Throws are a sore subject for me right now. I coach my son's sixth grade team, and my two best players are really struggling from the line. They are both good shooters, and aren't having any problems during play. But stop the game and put them on the line, and they become head cases. One can't get the ball over the front of the rim (my son), the other can't seem to shoot one straight. Drives me crazy!

I was the same way. I absolutely sucked at the line. I would score a lot of points during a game, but was terrible if I had to make a free throw.

Here's an article from SEC Country. It talks about the 7 teams that have a shot at the NCAA tourney. It divides the teams into 3 sections. The teams that are in, the teams on the bubble, and the teams that are a long shot. They have Alabama and Arkansas as bubble teams. ? LINK
