not much more to add than what's been said but coming up with a rotation going into SEC play is going to be very interesting to watch
not enough minutes, a few will not be happy
some of the new faces have me excited though. Nice seeing them not fold when they got down 6.

Kendall Pollard didn't play for Dayton last night because of a thigh contusion. Hopefully he can't go Tuesday either.

Braxton Key happened! That kid is good. Can do everything. He will be the starter or bola next game. Riley played well last night at the 3. I was surprised too, maybe it was just 1st game jitters. We need him to provide some scoring!

My starting lineup would be: Ingram, collins, Norris, Key or bola, and Hall.

Off topic note: USA with the win over UNLV last in a stunner.

And Troy scored 135 points.

I'll be honest, is that a stunner? I think after their coach left, they were down to like 3 scholarship guys for a point this summer.

Can I get a quick recap of the game? I wasn't able to see attend or see the game unfortunately. Very much appreciated

REBOUNDING. Holy shite. We gave up 17 offensive rebounds.

We were down 6 at the half after playing sloppy. We came back out in fire and got up by like 20 and won by 17. Avery Jr is terrible
. King didn't play much and no one knows why. Austin didn't play bc of injury. Dazon and Collins had a good game. Hall had some nice blocks that got our crowd on their feet. The crowd was actually pretty good too. I'll give them a B- on this game

Just watched the highlights on rolltide.com. Man I am loving Hall's offensive progressions this year. Just wish they didn't give up so many 2nd chance opportunities. Other than that though, good to see so many players get involved offensively. Hall is just a beast and can lock down the paint.

Yeah, said earlier if he can develop a midrange jumper it would be huge for this team. He just brings a lot of energy with with his blocks and dunks. This team has a lot of potential barring injury. Bola is also aggressive and physical around the basket. If he can play more than 5 minutes cause of fouling it will help our rebounding quite a bit. A lot of the other teams offensive rebs came off of bricks that just happened to right to a guard. Dazon is a stud, collins heated up in the 2nd half. If davis can find his stroke, our guards will be in good shape. Keep jr on the bench with daddy! I absolutely love Key! Avery loves him some Key too! Kid is going to be special. Overall a good start to the season! Roll Tide!

Hall is never going to be a midrange jumper. He's strictly low post.
Ar'Mond is going to be a streaky shooter, but that's okay. He gives the team extra range and will likely get hot in some games.
I'm hoping Nick King is just in a funk.

Hall has a smooth shot. It's just a matter of him having the confidence to shoot it. Yeah davis will hit 5 in a row, then miss 5 in a row. Hopefully for him and us, it was just because it was his 1st game. I would also like to press on defense, afer a made shot. We came out in the second half doing it, and it provided huge scoring opportunities because of steals and uptempo offense.

Dayton shot 54% from the field, 40% from beyond the arc, had 38 rebounds, and only had 9 turnovers in their game

Austin Peay. Dayton doesn't have much size so they'll shoot a ton of 3s. We've got to play great perimeter defense and be able to collect long rebounds.

Thanks. I'm not too optimistic about this one, but Avery has proved me wrong before. Sucks that one of our best home games is in the middle of a weekday.

I have class right when it starts too.
