With the price increases, anyone trying to turn a profit probably going to be out of it.

Noticed ‘terms and conditions’ must be agreed to in this year’s renewal - haven’t noticed that before

Ticket Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions governing use of this ticket are posted on the website of the SEC (www.secticketoffice.com) and are incorporated herein by reference. By using this ticket, user agrees to be bound by such terms and conditions.

This ticket is a revocable license and may be revoked and admission refused at the sole discretion of The University of Alabama. Ticketholder is not guaranteed access to the ticketed event or future University of Alabama events. This ticket may not be used for advertising, promotions, (including contests and sweepstakes) or other commercial purposes without the express written consent of the University of Alabama or the SEC.

Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Smoking is expressly prohibited. Video cameras and recording devices are expressly forbidden in or on the premises. No pass outs. If lost, stolen, destroyed, or left at home, ticket will not be replaced. No refunds or exchanges even if the date and/or time of the event is changed. Event may be rescheduled without prior notice.

The holder assumes all risk of damages or injury from attending this event, including, but not limited to, injuries caused by other spectators and death, along with an inherent risk of exposure to communicable diseases that exist in any public places and may be especially dangerous to vulnerable individuals, including, but not limited to COVID-19.

Any person buying a ticket except at designated University ticket offices does so at his or her own risk, which may include lost or stolen tickets. User grants the SEC non-exclusive, transferable, perpetual right and license to use and to sub-license the use of) his or her name and likeness if it is included in any broadcast, photograph, or other media of the Event.

The University continues to encourage ticket holders to resell or transfer individual game tickets if they are unable to attend an event. However, the University prohibits the purchase and resale of tickets by ticket brokers. Ticket brokers are defined as season ticket account holders who purchase tickets with the primary intent of reselling their tickets for profit. The University reserves the right to monitor ticket sales, transfers, and use and withhold season ticket renewal opportunities or cancel ticket orders from any account that exhibits activity consistent with that of a ticket broker. Likewise, the University reserves the right to withhold or alter TIDE PRIDE membership level benefits for any account that it deems, in its sole discretion, is functioning as a ticket broker.
