In regard to revenue if you actually read my other statements, I already addressed that as they account for about $75 combined in revenue which since you seem to be lost on what financial terms mean revenue minus expenses equal profit which I also stated earlier that they combine for losing around $25 million last year. Like I said they are not cash cows but as all the articles state what they lose is not as much as football increased in expenses for the year.
I never said the football does not generate money but they are generating less money as they continue to see very high increase in expenses each year.

This is for the whole athletic program for FY 24

106 million for the year for both coaches and staff with 55million going to football alone. I know fake news by these outlets.

And for the record this is for the fiscal year that ended in the summer. So who knows until next summer how this past fall and upcoming spring will end up. But the last 2 fiscal years not making as much profit overall for the athletic department.

I stopped watching (Pandy) in 2020 the year we won it all, because some teams got involved in BLM, because of the 5000 dollar stipend which I knew would blow up and because of the non stop transfer incoming ruling.
NOW LET ME SHOW YOU GUYS WHY WE HAVE BEEN WORKED BY LIB LAWERS AND THE COURTS (ALWAYS, Follow the money)
So, can you guys not see that this was all orchestrated by left leaning peoples who have the mindset that college sports was using and shafting black players? So, what is my proof? Follow along.
About 10-15 years ago remember when the NCAA offices demanded that North Carolina pass a Trans Bathroom Bill or else they would pull all of the NCAA Tournament Games out of the state? Same with the Ole Miss Rebels brand etc. threats etc. etc. Those cats are as liberal as can be. So, how do I link those events with paying players? MINDSET.
How do libs in Wash. DC. pass laws we do not want without getting the Congress to vote them in? They have 3rd party friends to SUE THEM over Green Policies etc. you name it, then the Libs in the Deep State Gov. "settle the cases" and ACCEPT a judges CONDITIONS, and of course they always JUDGE SHOP. See what they are doing? Much of our environmental stuff came via decrees from judges when the DOJ could have won the case, but under a Lib President with a guy like Garland they SETTLE (wink wink) and some left leaning judge sets a precedent and the by laws that "MUST BE FOLLOWED". Psstt, this is how the NCAA and Liberal and Greedy Lawyers worked us, who advised the Colleges to settle these cases? The NCAA's (Lib) Lawyers. You see they JUDGE SHOPPED in order to get unlimited free transfer power first, they knew this would set off a bidding war, then they say the player has a right to his own image, knowing some colleges (Texas AM......Hmmm) would basically subvert this into paying players.
I was saying this a few years back, the way to win this and keep our College Football intact was for all of these colleges to call these Lawyers Bluffs. They should have said, OK, Lib Lawyers, we are not going to take the advice of the NCAA [Libs] we are going to settle this once and for all, we are pulling all scholarships to football and from now on a player must fund his own college tuition, and if he's caught taking money to pay for it by boosters he will never be allowed to play in the NCAA. BOOM, that finishes it all. These same Lib/Greedy Lawyer in cahoots no doubt with the NCAA would no doubt have dropped their Lawsuits trying to force all this ignorant pay for play because they do not want to take scholarships away from these black players who would have risen up in protest of what these lawyers had wrought. In about 5 minutes all this CRAP would have ended.
Instead we now have players who can not be disciplined because they will just say suck it coach, I will transfer. They have no disciple like Bama this year because they are too full of themselves and partying, they got paid, why do they need to get better? It also creates (no doubt) BAD BLOOD between jealous teammates when some are getting paid BIGLY while others are getting PEANUTS (in their minds).
Their is only one thing to do, go back to the status quo of 15 years ago, or tell the players, you will pay for your own scholarships. The game has been ruined. On top of all this, the stupid Hurry Up No Huddle offenses that came in 10-12 years ago accomplished just what I said it would, we are now all Oklahoma wussies who can't play physical football, trying to hand the ball off 7 yards deep like fools.
So why has the Big Ten passed us (SEC), and even Notre Dame? BECAUSE remember 6-7 years ago when we all called them slow and plodding, they really did not change that much, well now that the defenses have caught up to this sissy offense, the teams who never left the physicality aspect are ahead of us wussie OU type offenses. Plus they are getting our players to transfer, players from the south the could noy get before, the NCAA also desired less SEC & Clemson dominance a few years back, this is another backdoor way of leveling the playing field, however, now the mega market teams will steal the best players by buying them. ITS BECOME A JOKE. I will refuse to watch it further, might as well watch the NFL.
