He was starting to have an impact. He just needs to clean up his outside behavior and he will be fine.

If cops had to jump out of the way to avoid being struck by his car, then he's very fortunate to only be facing misdemeanor charges. He has a very good lawyer, though.
You'd think the athletic department would have a big sign at the exit to all doors saying something along the lines that nothing good is going to happen to you on the strip after 11 pm.
