Maybe I'm not remembering this right but I seem to recall that one thing Nick did that seemed to really help his run was he had crazy numbers of staffers (non coaches) GAs that would help with preparing game plans, studying film, looking for slight tendencies and tip offs what other teams do, etc.

For some reason, I seem to recall CKD cut many of those guys loose when he came on board? Is that right? If so, that's a terrible idea and may contribute to why the program seems to poorly prepared at times.

I think you’re limited to a certain number of GA’s but not support staff.

And I believe more of those guys can be on field coaches too. In the past they were not allowed to have hands on work with the players during practice time. That is why there are more guys on the sidelines with head sets on. My memory isnt the best in the world so please dont beat me up if I am wrong on this. Go team 49-13
