Oh hell no I'm not going to see them. If I wanted to see some country music, I'd go to that Rhythm and Brews downtown.
Just posting about the shows that we're having. Always good to have some big names come through.
Meanwhile, I'm going to see STS9 in Atlanta this August

I went to Highway 55 Burgers and it was nasty. Do not recommend.

Thanks for posting. I was curious, but not not enough to check it out without hearing feedback first.

That place is still open? Used to drop in there on occasion. After being out all night.

I went there after there was the Chris Young concert. Like I said, I'm not really into country music, but I had tickets to see him at the amp and had a blast. Brother and I, and some friends, ended up going to rhythm and Brews and had a blast. Place was packed.
It's a pretty neat place. The atmosphere reminds me of Brewhouse in Nashville.

-Live at the Plaza, a free outdoor concert series held at Government Plaza in downtown Tuscaloosa, will be from 6-9 tonight. The Voodoo Saints, a New Orleans-style jazz band will perform. The band consists of Rob Alley on trumpet, Thomas Furlough on bass and John Holaway on guitar and vocals. Patrons are welcome to bring coolers filled with their beverages of choice -- alcoholic or not -- along with chairs, blankets and other items.

So we had over 15,000 view the fireworks for the 4th. It was pretty cool.

Anything going on this weekend?
Posted on 7/7/16 at 10:30 am to RollDatRoll
CBDB concert and Live at Plaza. Other than that, I don't think so.
There's some new activity going on at the Strip across from Buffalo Phils. It's been going on for a while, but it'd be interesting to find out what they're going to put there.
