I have not heard of any injury for Eicholtz. I am thinking they might try to start him Tuesday in the tourney if we don't need to win Saturday's game.

We need at least one. if our seeding wont change going into Sat's game then who cares who pitches as we need to get ready to win a few in the SEC

Just to let y'all know, cheer for Arkansas this weekend. If they win one and Auburn gets swept it keeps Auburn out of the SEC Tournament.

We played a pretty good game. We had a ton of hits. The difference was we left about 12 runners on base. Holcombe dropping that flyball really hurt as well.

we do not do well with small ball. it seems like when we do the people coming to bat cant get the runners home. I am referring in general as I did not watch last nights game

We really need this one tonight. Obviously none of these are must wins, but we need to keep this momentum going that we have had. Also, we might be able to play are way into being a 2 seed instead of a 3 in the NCAA Tourney.

Observations
- We could not get the big hit. Both games so far we get hits but cannot string them together and turn
- We might have found a new bullpen guy. Colton Freeman has looked really good his last two outings. We might be able to use him if we get deep in a tournament.
- I am very happy for Salem. I know this year has been a struggle, but he is going out the right way. Kid is on fire at the plate.
- Conner Short got to hit last night. Almost forgot he was on the team. Hasn't played in a long time.
- I think Chandler Taylor is maturing as a hitter. He seems to have a better idea of the strike zone and it is translating to hits.
- I am assuming we are going to save Eicholtz for Tuesday.

Tennessee is playing Georgia right now on the SECN. If Tenn wins and Auburn loses it knocks AU out of the SEC tournament. I know some of y'all can't cheer for UT, but if you want to see AU knocked out I would.
