That after 2 years of starting, Milroe can't consistently execute a hot route, or a check-down.

I agree but I've noticed the Milroe surrogates show up to tell us how brilliant he is. I had one tell me yesterday he's already earned an MBA. I don't know if that's accurate but he keeps getting smarter the more I hear from them. Soon he'll be heading off to Oxford/
