Double sided sword. Fire the staff too soon and lose everyone. Then, you got to make a homerun hire. If not, your screwed. Wait too long, and the hire won’t get his players. I think they wait and see. Don’t want to rush the hire, unless you got someone lined up. Especially, now that FSU fires Willie. Could be a domino effect.
