Kevin Hagan on Bill King this morning said Bama's in very good shape with both Thibo and Dean. He said he thinks Thibo comes down to Bama and USC (but that people are underestimating USC in this battle).

Said it a while back that Thib was going to USC. If a school isnt even showing you any love and you have them in your top 5 that says a lot.

It will suck seeing him play for OSU. He looks to be a Waddle like player. Always was inpressed and even took spme shite for wanting him over another player earlier in this thread.

I think Dent is 5-11.5, maybe approaching 6-0.

I'll be honest with you. There is so much conflicting info out there just among the guys I listen to that I don't know what is going on with a handful of guys with any real confidence. And Wandale is front and center of that conflicting info. I've seen several things posted. One of the sources is EXTREMELY close to the situation. But CNS could be either letting out conflicting info in order to filter out the leaks, or else the assistants on staff think different things (which isn't at all uncommon).

Sometimes kids have Bama in their top-5 and even put a Bama hat on the table who aren't high enough on Bama's board to commit. Thibodeaux is an early enrollee and has said he wants to be done and committed by early Nov. Tim Watts said tonight that USC isn't actively recruiting him and he's not seriously considering them at this point. His sources are 247Sports' USC and West Coast guys who are "really piped in." They seem to think USC feels they'd be wasting their time recruiting him because he seems set on leaving and going across the country.

So like Bama3714 said, there's some conflicting info out there right now on some of these kids. Maybe Hagen just has a gut feeling that USC is a serious threat due to proximity.

I haven't heard him say that about Thib. One of his (KH) info sources feels VERY good about Bama's chances right now with Thib, though.

Hasn't said much since Bama became so enamored with Neal. Still hearing Bama thinks they'll get 2/3 of Neal, Wright, Webb. But then again, I thinks that's what the guys on the other sites are saying, too.

Neal and Webb are early enrollees. If Bama lands both of them, there might not be room for Wright, crazy as that sounds. And, Wright might not want to join a class that's already got Neal and Kight in it. Wright is a great OT and seems like a great kid too, but I'd be thrilled with signing Webb and Neal in December and putting a bow on the OL class.
