2. Alabama – The 1-2 punch of Shane Lee and King Mwikuta is hard to beat, and DeMarcco Hellams could easily grow into a linebacker as well.
An insider on another site mentioned the possibility of Hellams playing ILB earlier. He's about the same size Roquan Smith was when he arrived at UGag.

Yep.
I went crazy back in 2015 when Cam committed to us. Then he flipped.
You coach at MC or Germantown?

That's where I used to try to avoid getting speeding tickets on my way to Vicksburg. I'm not sure if that was a dark period or the best time of my life.

The house I grew up in is only about half a mile away from I-20.

When were you at Clinton? One of my good friends played QB for them back in 1998-2000 I think.

That pass he threw in the state championship game against Pearl right before halftime was ridiculous.

I graduated with his brother, Brad.
They transferred from Brandon for Brad's senior year. Blake graduated with my younger brother.

Sounds like Kaho needs to take a year off and get some good grief counseling. Maybe then we consider signing him. But the kid sounds like an emotional train wreck right now, he isn’t going to be a help to any team until he gets healthy.

Well we wouldn't need him this season anyway. Take a year off, get back in shape, get some counseling and come back strong in 2019.

With Kaho's current troubled situation, the 2019 season seems like the reasonable expectation for him to begin playing.
Important nugget from the article you posted: "Kaho was in Seattle for six weeks this summer but was unable to participate in the Huskies’ formal offseason training program because he still had one high-school class to complete before he could enroll at UW, according to a source close to the team."
Per Asking for NLI Release - FAQs, since Kaho didn't enroll at UW, if he's released from the NLI he signed in the 2017 academic year, he can sign and enroll anywhere in the 2018 academic year without having to sit out, provided he's qualified. Bama still has an unused 2018 cycle signee and initial counter spot and is under the 85 limit right now. So, Bama has scholarship room for him.

Yo BamaBo7, did you hear that FSU leads for Dean directly from a Horn Lake HS coach? Or was it passed around chatter that another HS told you about? Does FSU lead bigly or is he on a post-visit high that's likely to fade some? Can you elaborate?
