Some guy named Ronald Evans. I was just looking for some news and came across it. Is there any confirmed list of who’s coming to cookout? Or is it to early?

Ronald Evans isn't very good on recruiting, but not quite as bad as the guy on tdalabamamag. It's still too early for the Cookout visitors list.

Since Tuitlele camped with us last month , is he on the outside looking in? Seems like talk of him was not a good camp and he’s dropped some in rankings? I actually am good with it cuz Ika is a beast!! And Sopsher of course would be the cherry on top!!!! I watched Pickering from the opening, man I wish he was into us more.

Alfano, Young and Eboigbe fit Bama's versatile DE/DT profile. Dale and Sopsher fit the heavier DT profile and so does 2020 DT Jayson Jones. Sopsher is very likely to be in this class and Cheney isn't. If Bama takes a 6th DL (in addition to Sopsher), Leal (DE/DT) and Pickering (DE/DT) appear to be higher on the board for that spot than Ika (340/DT) and Tuitele (300-DT/DE). So, Bama might try for a while longer to flip Leal or Pickering before they take Ika or Tuitele.

Based on what the chat dialog was at that point it appears he meant Darnell Wright. However, Milton Wright would probably commit right now if he had green light. But, it appears Jameson Williams (maybe Pickens too) is higher on the board than Milton Wright.

Tim and Hank CBd Lee to LSU. Their sources indicated that Lee wants to be at Bama but will likely commit to LSU soon. They also indicated that it won't hurt Bama's chances with Sopsher. LSU has been pushing for Lee to secure his spot while there's still room.

ETA: It's also interesting that Christian Harris got invited and will be at the Cookout on Friday. With Cowan's exit, Bama might give him a green light. I doubt taking Harris would bother Dean. He has said he doesn't worry about competing for PT.

So I guess we are all in agreement that based on our needs Nakobe Dean is our top priority right now and probably has been for some time. There may be some better overall players left on the board that we would be thrilled to have but this class desperately needs that elite ILB that can come in and start immediately like what we saw the first two years under Saban with Ro, Hightower etc.
