Oh the people were great. The drive was horrendous.

We did, however, stay at a hotel in Kearney that had the biggest room I've ever stayed in. There were 3 queen sized beds, a kitchen, a couch, a loveseat and a 6 seater table.

It was massive and only $110 for the night.

Have you ever been to Nebraska? It's the most boring state I've ever been to. We drove across it on our way to Idaho four years ago and I was ready to poke my eyes out after 11 straight hours of nothing.

The kicker I said was likely going to Vanderbilt, NC, ND, or Ivy League went there. Shocked me and his dad.

Nebraska has a serious football pedigree and an insane football following.A football player can experience the best of College football there. That said Riley's doing a great job of recruiting there this year. Now he will have to produce on the field to be allowed to stick around.

I'm quite aware of that. I've spent quite a bit of time in Lincoln. But nothing about Riley, or even Nebraska since 1999, suggested that a revival was possible. I thought it was a horrible hire at the time.

KN did a "dream class" for AU. He tried to make it somewhat realistic by only listing those that have visited and showed interest in AU. Not sure how much yall would care but he had some interesting picks on guys we share with notes on em. Here's who ya'll might care about

4* RB/ATH Harold Joiner --> now that AU only recruiting him at RB we are back in race, watch out for LSU who recently lost RB commit
4* RB Asa Martin --> Feels AU has realistic shot but have to beat out Bama, UF & possibly Clemson. Decision August 24th

5* WR Justyn Ross --> Feels like Clemson leads with AU 2nd but commitment won't come till after season giving AU chance to impress
4* WR Matthew Hill --> could commit this month & AU the favorite

4* TE Luke Ford --> KN projects him to land at UGA right now b/c Bama will get a different TE (Anderson-Wood) but if AU land Fields & show improved passing could become factor. KN admits probably one of the least likely right now to land at AU

4* DT Coynis Miller --> AU/BAMA battle with decision coming in August, Tigers like their chances

4* OLB/Buck Richard Jibunor --> AU the favorite, announcement coming this summer
4* OLB/Buck Quay Walker (BAMA Commit) --> Bama commit that might not be 100% and plans to take visits including AU. Flip won't be easy but it's possible

No way we get Luke Ford & don't see Walker flipping either unless ya'll dropping him

BOL put out a mock class this morning:

Quarterback:

No named prediction.

They did say, however, that we would definitely have one in this class.

Offensive Line:

Penei Sewell
Tommy Brown
Jerome Carvin

I'd like to see Nick Petit-Frere over Carvin. We wouldn't be signing a true OT in this scenario.

Defensive Line:

Jalen Cunningham
Coynis Miller
Bobby Brown
Stephon Wynn

I just don't see Cunningham being a member of the class unless we miss on some other guys. I'd rather land one of the JUCOs in Teair Tart-Spencer or Caleb Tremblay to be honest.

Linebacker:

Eyabi Anoma
Cameron Latu
JJ Peterson
Quay Walker
Jordan Davis

So no KJ Henry or Micah Parsons. That would suck, but the 5 they predicted are pretty damn good.

Defensive Back:

Jaycee Horn
Josh Jobe
Kelvin Joseph
Jalyn Armour-Davis

I think if they had predicted Tyson Campbell instead of Kelvin Joseph it would be more accurate. I don't think Joseph is going to flip from LSU. Shaun Wade 2.0.

I saw this yesterday. Don't you hate it when they won't allow you to copy and paste from slideshows?

He's not going to Clemson. He'll either end up at Auburn or Alabama.

I really don't think we need a JUCO TE who doesn't know how to block in this class. I'd rather land Ford.

So irritating

I have tried looking at the source on the browser but it's too much work and formatting to be worth it. It's like these guys don't want me to copy & paste their work

I tend to agree. I think he genuinely likes Clemson but I don't see him getting out of the state. If somehow both Bama and AU were to suck at passing this year and Clemson again have a big season then maybe but I still see Bama as the biggest threat

Ford is 2nd best TE in this class imo. Would definitely take him over Anderson-Wood even tho he's solid too

You can do it on some, but not others. Don't they know how to format their articles in a uniform manner?

I swear I didn't read that part before I posted it here.
