Can someone explain to me how a 17 year old kid has that many tattoos already? Don't you have to be 18 to legally get one?
That's a very good question. I don't understand it. Hell, I'm 41 and don't have any tattoos. I have serious commitment issues

I'm 37 and don't have any.
It's not that I'm against them or anything.
I'm a perfectionist. If I do something I make sure it is done right or I start over.
I just don't trust some stranger to put something on my body that'll be there forever.
I've seen way too many shitty tattoos.
We took the kids to a water park on Tuesday and the amount of shite tattoos on display was astounding.

BEAVERTON, Ore. – The wide receivers dominated the first evening of competition at The Opening Finals. We liked this wide receiver position heading into the event but through one day of competition, these guys are already exceeding even lofty expectations. Our top performers from Saturday are littered with wide receivers and with 7on7 kicking off on Sunday, the defense will be looking for some redemption.

Amon-Ra St. Brown was awesome. In fact, he was so good that we've made him a five-star on 247Sports. This wasn't a snap reaction. St. Brown has built a five-star resume in pads and throughout the offseason at other events but his showing against the best defensive backs in the country on Saturday night validated a move.
St. Brown was powerful, explosive, competitive and uncoverable. Defensive backs had to resort to holding him to slow him down. The 5-11.5, 191-pounder's signature play came when he had beaten Al Blades Jr. on a corner route but slipped and fell, allowing Blades what looked like an easy interception. Instead, St. Brown popped up, recovered and went up to make the grab. He won another rep after losing a shoe. Nothing was slowing St. Brown down.
Notre Dame, Stanford, Ohio State and USC are among the favorites for St. Brown who has brothers on the Notre Dame and Stanford rosters.

That's me exactly. If I got one and it had the least little thing wrong with it, it would drive me fricking crazy. I wouldn't be able to sleep or get my mind off of it.
It's just safer for everyone if I don't get one

Next Ten
1. Channing Tindall, LB – The linebacker group dominated the running back group during their one-on-ones and Tindall was probably the best of a great group. He's extremely athletic and moves great laterally.
2. Cameron McGrone, LB – While Tindall doesn't let running backs get around him, McGrone doesn’t even let them get going. The Indiana native was regularly stopping running backs behind the line of scrimmage because of how well he accelerates to the football.
3. Jordyn Adams, WR – There are other wide receivers that made more spectacular plays, that talked more trash, that did more back flips after a catch but Adams was quietly one of the best out there. He's so smooth that he makes things look easy but his ability to stack defensive backs, beat press coverage and glide around the field continue to make him a big stock-up guy.
4. Justin Shorter, Wr – Shorter is the one receiver in attendance that looks like he's a different species. His size at 6-foot-4, paired with his speed makes him such a tough matchup. The Penn State commit is also physical. Defensive backs resorted to trying to knock him off his routes but he showed the strength to run through them and still make plays.
5. Azeez Ojulari, DE – This looks like the rare edge rusher in this 2018 class. Offensive linemen couldn't handle his edge speed and when they adjusted he showed the power to make them pay.
6. Brendan Radley-Hiles, CB – A lot of the cornerbacks took their lumps against the wide receivers but Radley-Hiles was the exception. He came to compete and showed the instincts and physicality to keep his guys in check. Even when he got beat, he bounced back and kept balling.
7. Terrace Marshall, WR – Marshall was maybe the best vertical threat of the receiver group. He continued to get behind cornerbacks and he would track down the football with ease to finish in the end zone.
8. Solomon Tuliaupupu, LB – He flashed from the moment drills began with his athleticism and fluidity during position work. Running backs should be happy this isn't a padded camp because Tuliaupupu seemed to be itching to light somebody up and certainly could have with the way he was smothering running backs in 1on1 drills.
9. Elijah Moore, WR – There may not be a better route-runner in the house than Moore. He took more reps than any other receiver and he competed like this was the Super Bowl. Moore was a tone-setter with his attitude and his play backed it up.
10. William Barnes, OT – A guy that could play tackle or guard, Barnes looked like the best offensive lineman in attendance in part because he was the most consistent. He's just very sound technically but also is powerful and competitive.

Back to the water park for a second.
I used to think airports were the best place to "people watch" due to the diversity walking through the terminals, but they have since been dethroned by the aforementioned water park.
Holy hell at all the strange motherfrickers walking around.

I haven't been to a water park in years. I've never really thought about it, but I bet it is a good place to sit back and watch folks.
It amazes me that idiots get tattoos and think they look cool, even when they are shite tattoos. Was it crowded there? And was it a pretty clean place?

We went to Roaring Springs in Boise. They claim to be the #8 ranked water park in the United States, but who knows if that is true.
It wasn't too crowded because it was a Tuesday and it's super clean. It's probably the cleanest water park I've ever been to and I've been to a lot.
It was very wallet friendly too. We took our 3 kids and another boy and for the 6 of us it was only $101. After paying over $100 a piece for a day at Disney World I was shocked when the cashier told me how cheap it was.

BEAVERTON, Ore. — Saturday evening at The Opening Finals saw players break-up into a camp-like setting to work on position-specific drills and 1-on-1’s. Here are our observations from watching the defensive backs work out at the Nike World Headquarters.

Brendan Radley-Hiles, IMG Academy (Fla.) — There is no way to describe Radley-Hiles’ performance other than dominant. The four-star Nebraska commit basically won all of his reps and went toe-to-toe against some of the best wide receivers in the nation. Radley-Hiles might be undersized, but he makes up for it with freakish athleticism and great ball skills. He had a ‘Honey Badger”-esque performance and also showed off his versatility when he took reps at wide receiver.

Next 3 Standouts
Isaac Taylor-Stuart, St. Augustine (Calif.) — Taylor-Stuart frustrated wide receivers all day with his impressive blend of size and speed. At 6-foot-2, 187 pounds, Taylor-Stuart has the length and height to blanket taller receivers and the speed to cover quicker, smaller slots. In fact, Taylor-Stuart won the ‘Fastest Man Challenge’ and ran a 4.32 40.
Anthony Cook, Houston Lamar — The nation’s top cornerback was as good as advertised. Cook was perhaps the most aggressive defensive back out there — he actually had to be given a new jersey after a scuffle with Amon-Ra St. Brown. Cook also played with excellent technique and is one of the most fundamentally sound corners in the country.
Al Blades Jr., St. Thomas Aquinas (Fla.) — Blades was extremely physical, showed excellent cover skills and made numerous plays on the ball. Blades played with high energy and his South Florida chant could be heard all the way back to the Sunshine State. The Miami commit was a little inconsistent down the stretch on deep balls, but overall, he was one of the best on the field.

That's not bad at all. At that price I'd make a return trip later in the summer. The kids will never know that you are getting a deal

Signature Play
The aforementioned Radley-Hiles might not be the biggest player, but he makes up for it with his eye-opening athleticism. A prime example was his 1-on-1 win against four-star tight end Luke Ford. Radley-Hiles actually out-jumped the 6-foot-6 Ford and came away with an interception.

Emptying The Notebook
— The Opening coaching staff selected the best six defensive backs from 1-on-1’s to compete against the best wide receivers towards the end of the training camp. They were Radley-Hiles, Taylor-Stuart, Cook, Blades, Houston Griffith and Patrick Surtain Jr.
— Two defensive backs that impressed us in 1-on-1’s were Clemson commit Kyler McMichael and four-star athlete Bryan Addison. While they weren’t top performers, both had extremely solid days.
— Texas safety commit BJ Foster returned to major action for the first time since tearing his ACL early in his junior season. Foster showed flashes of potential when he jammed a receiver to the ground but looked tender and hesitant throughout the day.

We probably will, but my wife's work schedule is tough to work around. We already had to push our trip to the amusement park in Salt Lake City back a couple weeks because her friend asked her to be her maid of honor at the end of this month.
Like I want to go to a wedding.

BEAVERTON, Ore. — Micah Parsons is set to make his first trip to Tuscaloosa, Ala., in 13 days.
Parsons, a 5-star defensive end from Harrisburg (Pa.) High School, will visit Alabama on July 15-17, which is significant for a prospect of his caliber. Trips of that length tend to go well for Alabama and the prospect it’s recruiting because the player can truly get a sense of campus life and spend lots of time with the coaching staff.
“I want to see what the hype is about,” Parsons told SEC Country at Nike’s The Opening finals. “I want to see if they have the best facilities in the country.”
The nation’s No. 1 defensive end said he talks to outside linebackers coach Tosh Lupoi almost daily. Lupoi has been trying to get Parsons to come to Tuscaloosa for several months now.
Parsons, who said he’s also considering Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Michigan, Penn State and Ohio State, said he’s working on developing a close bond with Lupoi.
“We’re just starting our relationship because of all the staff changes, so it’s still building,” Parsons said.
Since de-committing from Penn State in April, the thought is Parsons will commit to Ohio State. After all, he did name his dog Brutus, which is the name of the Buckeyes’ mascot. But, Parsons wants to be clear that he’s not leaning any direction.
“It’s too hard to say, but everything is up for grabs right now,” Parsons said.
