Joshua Jacobs has officially blown up. Might be the #1 RB on the board now. Stoops and 3 OU assistants visited today and offered. Texas is all over him. Ohio State told him they were blown away by his tape and want his transcripts. There are a couple guys like this every year. His coach merely didn't send out his highlight video until this past week.

I don't know that for a fact. One of the guys said he thinks this might be the case. But,I think we'd happily take him or Pennamon, though. (Just speculation on my part. Not based on anything one of the guys with good info has stated).
This guy goes from 0 to 10 yards in a blur, though. Don't know and don't care what his top-end speed is. It's probably very good, but he is as explosive as I've seen in a while. He literally almost runs off the picture on his film a time or two. His burst is that good.

Think there's a good chance Michail Carter visits either midweek or this weekend.
From what someone has mentioned we had felt very good about him up until a week or so ago. We felt like UGa had made up a lot of ground in the past week or so. Hopefully he's back on campus and we can seal the deal with him. VERY high on our board.

Alabama is visiting him tomorrow. He was likely going to end up at Wyoming as that was his best offer but OU offering changes things up.
I wouldn't get my hopes up too much. His family are Oklahoma fans and I wouldn't be surprised if he was too. He'll be a Sooner come NSD. I'd rather focus on flipping Pennamon.

I believe we've gotten very good vibes behind the scenes from him. Think we have a good shot. Our RB situation is MUCH more favorable compared to OU's right now (in terms of stepping in and playing immediately).
