6. DL Quinnen Williams
Birmingham (Ala.) Wenonah
Recruiting wrap: Williams is solidly committed to Alabama.
Performance: One of the week's nice surprises, Williams caused trouble in early-week practices because his ability to disrupt was costing the Team Alabama quarterbacks reps. He took s a small step back in late-week practices and was decent in the game, but he was one of the best players on the field for the week's first two workouts.

7. DB Nigel Knott
Madison (Miss.) Germantown
Recruiting wrap: Knott is considering USC, Oregon, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Alabama and Florida State.
Performance: Knott is an elite-level athlete with great speed and a downright incredible vertical. He has a knack for the spectacular and uses his quickness to close on receivers in a hurry. Even when he fails in coverage, a pass needs to be thrown remarkably well to beat Knott, who recovers as well as any defensive back in country. Also a threat in the return game, the four-star prospect can help a team in a number of ways.

8. DL Marlon Davidson
Greenville, Ala.
Recruiting wrap: Davidson is committed to Auburn but will take a final look around before signing with the Tigers.
Performance: Davidson commands double teams because of his power and did plenty of that on game day. Davidson is a lot more than raw power, though, as he boasts a nice repertoire of pass rush moves, including a smooth spin that frequently works.

Plenty of high school football players show enough promise and athleticism to land on the national college recruiting radar, but not all validate that hype on game day. Some actually manage to exceed expectations, producing at a prolific rate and proving they're a cut above peers.
From scintillating wide receivers to dominant defensive linemen, we sorted through a season's worth of statistics in search of prospects who simply owned opponents all autumn. Here's a look at 10 young talents who provided further evidence of their abilities this fall.

5-star RB Najee Harris
Class: 2017
High School: Antioch (Antioch, California)
Size: 6'2", 220 lbs.
247Sports Composite Ranking: No. 1 running back; No. 2 overall
Recruitment Status: Committed to Alabama
2015 Season Highlights
Crimson Tide fans enjoyed watching Derrick Henry rumble his way to a Heisman Trophy throughout the 2015 season. West Coast phenom Najee Harris could eventually join him in a long line of dominant Alabama runners and showed off his full arsenal of skills this fall.
Harris averaged 11.3 yards per carry, according to MaxPreps, slicing apart defenses en route to 2,744 rushing yards and 39 total touchdowns. He racked up at least 100 yards on the ground in all 12 games, surpassing 350 yards in three different contests.
It's difficult to argue against Harris' status as the nation's No. 1 junior running back after an overwhelmingly successful campaign. He's rushed for 5,007 yards and 59 touchdowns since 2014.
"All the 5-star stuff, I don't really care about all that. I don't look back and say, 'I'm the No. 1 running back. I should be able to do this or do that.' I just want to go out, play and win," Harris told Bleacher Report's Damon Sayles. "I don't care if I'm the No. 1, No. 20 or No. 100 running back in the country. I'd still be the same person."

High School: Channelview (Channelview, Texas)
Size: 6'2", 208 lbs.
247Sports Composite Ranking: No. 6 dual-threat quarterback; No. 197 overall

2015 Season Highlights
Jalen Hurts delivered several sensational performances this fall, flashing arm strength and rushing skills that could someday shine in Tuscaloosa. He found the end zone 25 times as a rusher, adding another 26 scores through the air.
His dual-threat talents helped him tally nearly 4,000 total yards of offense. Hurts completed 62 percent of pass attempts as a senior, tossing for 2,371 yards, and gained a career-best 1,393 yards on the ground.
He totalled more than 9,000 offensive yards during the past three seasons, responsible for 112 touchdowns and just 12 interceptions during that span.

I am announcing that I am sticking with my commitment to the ASB Megathread. I know y'all were worried. I might have to have another announcement in a couple of weeks to let you know I haven't changed.

Stoops wanted Baldwin to officially visit Oklahoma last weekend, but it didn't work out. Baldwin will sign with Alabama on Wednesday, the first day midyear junior college graduates can sign, and he'll enroll at Alabama in January.
"It was real hard," Baldwin said, when asked how hard it was to tell Stoops no.
Then he changed course.
"Well actually it wasn't too hard because I'm committed to 'Bama. I just wanted to stay true to my commitment."
Baldwin, a 6-foot-5, 305-pound offensive tackle from ASA College in Brooklyn, N.Y., saw his recruitment blow up after film from his freshman season in junior college circulated.
As long as I buy into the system, learn the playbook and do what I'm taught, that's the plan."
Baldwin spent most of the season playing left tackle, but also played some right tackle.
"I think I made necessary improvements, worked on my pad level, worked on running my feet through contact, just things I needed to improve on," Baldwin said.
Baldwin said he thinks he'll sign around 11 a.m. EST.

How many percents tho?
200%. Might take a visit to the OM recruiting thread tho. But I am solid with my commitment. Unless they offer me, my brother, my best friend, and my neighbor. Then I'll be about 150% committed to this thread.
