Kaden Smith's sister attends Alabama and he has been to campus a ton. I wouldn't worry about him.

Some guy CB'd 5-star DE Shaver Manuel and 5-star OT Willie Allen to Alabama.

Fantastic as long as Cristobal is around when he's ready to send his LOI in.
He has no real preference of defense, will play either front. Likely a 3 tech, but he's got some athleticism that could let him play 5/6 in certain situations. Ran a 4.7 at 290 last year...

Still believe its an overreaction, just putting 2 and 2 together.
I'd bet a Cristobal led Miami with 2 months to recruit would have a better shot than Michigan for Gary.
Its about relationships, Cristobal has been on his since his freshman year, while that coach has only known him since Summer workouts last year.

Bama's in a much better position for Davidson than some realize. Kirby doing an excellent job recruiting him. For all the grief that I give Kirby, he has us in a good position with Davidson. Also, the coaching staff there is very pro-UA. With Tosh coming into the picture now, we have a VERY good shot to land Davidson.

According to someone who has some VERY good contacts (friends on coaching staffs around the South), Bama also has a shot at Greg Little. Apparently, his family feels like he was hot-boxed and committed too early. There are a few questions on Sumlin. Bama would be in a good position to land him if he opens his recruitment back up. LSU would also be in the mix.

He's not related to Bruce, Clay, or Jake Matthews FWIW.
His dad did play 10 years in the NFL, Jason Mathews. Played with Bruce Matthews though on the Oilers/Titans.
