Well, I mean exactly what I said. All municipal and district courts keep are outcomes. Plea, conviction, acquitted, sentence info, money collected etc. There is no court reporter like circuit court and virtually all ban recording devices. There is no record at all of what anyone says or does.

Ok then. I think there's already a ton of stuff kept on record, but I guess a little more in each file wouldn't be too bad. Stenographers would certainly appreciate the extra demand for their services.
