They moved to Division 1 several years ago…. but at the club level (not NCAA Division 1).
They started a 2nd hockey club team a couple of years after the original club moved to D1 that plays at the D2 level (as most of the other SEC hockey clubs do).

what's up with sec wrestling..would venture to say its bigger than hockey with big 12 and big 10 programs being great
