Looks like we are in the running for some serious ballers now and it seems like our offers are being well received. I think Avery is going to garner some major talent from here on out.

Big Key though is to produce on the court this year with our first good recruiting class to show them we can win here.

Is this his 2nd visit?

I noticed his CB picks has him 100% Miss St, but I thought we were the favorite?

I think we are the favorite. His only CB prediction comes from a Mississippi State fan who's only 3 predictions are for Woodard, Stewart, and Fleming, all of which he has going to Mississippi State.

I kind of cooled off on Fleming. Thought he would made some noise playing AAU. Think he has game but he need to get in shape.

Bama at Arizona set for Saturday, December 9th. For those keeping score at home, that's after football season.

Thinking of making the trip. I graduate from Bama this fall, and classes should be done for me around that time. Would be a fun experience.

I am definitely going, plus I will be in Montreal already when we play McGill visiting the wife's family so I will see that game, and I plan to make the drive to Ottawa see the Carleton game.

Easy drive to Tucson for me as I live in the Phoenix area.

Roll Tide!

Any thoughts on why Myreon Jones seems to be blacklisted by the high-majors?

If I had to guess, it is an exposure thing + 247 overrating him. In EYBL thus far he is shooting <30% 3FG and averages some 3.5TO per game despite playing only 17mpg LINK

Not really what you want to see from a 6'3 combo guard.

I think he played with Sexton at Pebblebrook. Wonder if Bama's interested

Will be interesting to see what happens with him. Only one source for this one so far and nothing on AU's side

Yeah I haven't heard much at all on his recruitment.

Also, Diante Wood visited UGA today and they offered him. He visits Bama next week.

Been hearing good things from summer ball. Talent level is much higher and fuels the competition. Sexton's been playing at a very high level. Giddens and Smith are also playing very well. Should be a fun year. I know it's not much but thought it was worth sharing.

Just little pieces of info like this are awesome. Thanks for sharing it!

Happy to hear Galin is playing well. Didn't expect much from him right away but hopefully I'm wrong

Smith seems like an effort guy from the film I saw of him. Could make a difference.

That's what we're going to need too. High energy off the bench. Athletic. Good frame. Should be able to develop some offense down the road.

I'm sold on Avery's eye for talent. Seems he knows what he wants and has a plan for developing these guys.
