He played at Blackman High in Murfreesboro and Nashville Select AAU. It's possible he played with/against Braxton because Braxton played in Nashville before Oak Hill.

He averaged 20 minutes though, so my guess would be he'll be searching for a starting role.

Who we add will tell us what position Avery sees Dazon playing imo. I don't think we add a point guard unless Avery sees Ingram as a 2 or maybe even a small 3.

This is a year where I would go hard after one or 2 of the big name transfers and try to bring one home like we did with Giddens. The 2018 instate group isn't much to write home about so it would be nice to get someone ready to come in and help replace Sexton's scoring.

I guess I don't understand how they tabulate those points.

Seems like the gap should be much wider with UK having five 5* players.

Can't believe we won't go another recruit. Especially if we can't get a guy that is going to transfer in. Can you actively recruit transfers? As much as I say we need a pg we need a guy who can crash the boards more than anything, We saw what Reese could do at that all star game...

The all star performance that Reese had concerns me. I hope it was just a bad game or something.

Once a player is granted his release, he's allowed to communicate with coaches of any school, so coaches can recruit transfers.

I think we'll definitely get a grad transfer to add experience and depth. What position he'll be I don't know.

I'm a little disappointed that we aren't trying to get Mark Smith according to Cecil, but most if not all of the film posted on him was in high school games which isn't a good predictor of college success.

Also, I'm not going to write off Reese because of a bad all star game. He could be a really good player here.
