Glancing at his FB page, I'd have to say he hasn't stopped being a lifelong UK fan. Gonna be a tough sell, I'm afraid.

I honestly don't think we'll get him, but I hope I'm wrong. I just know that right now, if I was being recruited by the team I grew up loving, I would 100% go there without even thinking.

Probably not, but no reason to give up on him and give him an impressive visit.

State of AL surprisingly has a good bit of basketball talent, they just go elsewhere. One guy I wish we could have kept in state was Isaac Haas, but Grant hardly even bothered with him. He was more likely to go to UAB than Bama, but opted to go to Purdue.

Garrett Tucker tweeted that Johnson and an assistant already met with Petty this morning. I guess that might be some Johnson has time to fly and meet with Troy Brown this afternoon/tonight?

@TheRecruitScoop
2016 Orangeville Prep (CAN) PF Kalif Young will take official visits to: Providence 4/15, Alabama 4/19 & Marquette 4/28.

This dude can play! Played on a Drew League team with Stanley Johnson and Andre Drummund. Here's the video he's the tatted white guy with the neon green compressions.

It seems like CAJ wants the big NBA style backcourt.

Well damn. Seems like Ole Miss was the only team to get any love in that interview.

Not sure just how good the kid is, but I am itching for an early 2017 commitment with how well Auburn is already doing in that class...

Coach Johnson has 2 make these 2 a priority. we have to find a way to get them on campus at the same time. I'd hate to strike out both of these in state kids

Jerry Meyer put a CB in for G. Brooks then another poster said his mom said he was 95%...,don't know why he would wait to share that info. Anyway kind of bitter sweet because I wanted Reese but also wanted a big that was a under the basket type which is what Garrison is. Just don't see us getting both or having room for both even though they are different types of players.

Kinglaw was the one who posted that. That's Reuben Foster's uncle.
